You support and develop modern IT infrastructures for internal and external customers. Your focus is on Microsoft, network, security, and virtualisation. You take responsibility in 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as in customer and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical 2nd- and 3rd-level support for customer and internal infrastructures
Operation and further development of network and security environments
Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
Operation and further development of Intune and Microsoft Defender
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure and customer projects
Implementation of hardening, patch management, and secure system configurations
Automation with PowerShell and Power Automate
Support of virtualisation, backup, and cloud environments
Technical documentation and knowledge transfer to customers and employees
Qualifications:
You have an IT education at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of practical experience in the IT infrastructure environment.
You are very familiar with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange.
You have a solid understanding of network, security, backup, cloud, and virtualisation.
Ideally, you have experience with Fortinet/FortiGate.
You bring knowledge in PowerShell and Power Automate.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate confidently and professionally in German with customers and internal teams.
