Your Tasks and Perspectives

Ensuring and further developing the professionally high-quality nursing support of patients with psychiatric disorders in the acute hospital
Support and advice for patients and relatives in crisis situations and in disease management in the acute hospital and in coping with illness
Support of the interprofessional treatment team in managing demanding patient situations
Close cooperation with the consultation psychiatry, the security service and cross-institutional collaboration with other professionals in the psychiatric care network
Conducting training sessions
Participation in conceptual issues of nursing development

Master's degree in nursing sciences (or equivalent) and further training in psychiatry
Several years of clinical experience in an acute hospital
Structured working method and strong organisational skills
High social and presentation competence
Independent and solution-oriented working style in an interprofessional team
Enjoyment of varied work

Collaboration in a highly specialised and interdisciplinary environment
