About the job
For an internationally active company in mechanical engineering, we are looking for a technically skilled individual for worldwide service deployment. In this varied role, you will support highly precise, customised machines directly at the customer’s site and be involved from installation through commissioning to maintenance, repair, and training. The position is particularly suitable for experienced polymechanics or mechatronics technicians who enjoy working independently and appreciate international assignments.
- Analysis and rectification of mechanical and technical faults directly at the customer’s site
- Carrying out repairs, overhauls, and machine modifications
- Setup, installation, and commissioning of CNC-controlled machines
- Conducting preliminary and final acceptance tests as well as customer training
- Technical advice and support for international customers
- Support with service requests via helpline and spare parts service
- Advising customers on service offerings and their implementation
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance
- Strong mechanical understanding and enjoyment of complex technical systems
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel worldwide for assignments ranging from a few days to several weeks
- Fluent German skills as well as English skills
- Flexible working hours and attractive employment conditions

Responsibilities
- Worldwide execution of service assignments on customised machine tools, mainly within Europe- Analysis and rectification of mechanical and technical faults directly at the customer’s site

Profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example as an automation technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, polymechanic, mechanic, or equivalent- Professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance
- Strong mechanical understanding and enjoyment of complex technical systems
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel worldwide for assignments ranging from a few days to several weeks
- Fluent German skills as well as English skills
