- Treasury and payment transactions: Preparation of liquidity plans in multiple currencies, monitoring of payment runs and optimisation of cash management
- Taxes and compliance: Support in the preparation of tax returns (direct/indirect), ensuring compliance with national and international tax regulations
- Receivables and payables management: Support in accounts payable and receivable accounting, handling of dunning processes as well as checking and posting of expense reports
- Fixed asset accounting: Management and valuation of fixed assets, including depreciation and reporting
- Process optimisation and digitalisation: Active participation in projects to increase efficiency and introduce new technologies in accounting
- Professional experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in an internationally operating company
- IT affinity: Confident handling of MS Excel, experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Abacus) and databases is an advantage
- Expertise: Knowledge of VAT accounting and practical experience with international accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS)
- Personality: Independent, analytical and solution-oriented personality with high accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
- Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills; additional languages such as Italian are a plus

Responsibilities
- General ledger accounting: Independent management and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)- Treasury and payment transactions: Preparation of liquidity plans in multiple currencies, monitoring of payment runs and optimisation of cash management
- Taxes and compliance: Support in the preparation of tax returns (direct/indirect), ensuring compliance with national and international tax regulations
- Receivables and payables management: Support in accounts payable and receivable accounting, handling of dunning processes as well as checking and posting of expense reports
- Fixed asset accounting: Management and valuation of fixed assets, including depreciation and reporting

Profile
- Education: Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk); interest in further qualifications (e.g. federal diploma)- Professional experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in an internationally operating company
