For our internationally active client in Zug, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee.

Tasks

• First telephone contact for customers regarding order and complaint management
• Order processing from A to Z
• Creating and processing special orders
• Collaboration with various departments

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• German at native speaker level
• Very good knowledge of English, French and Italian
• Experience in customer service
