Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician Refrigeration Technology for the reliable operation and maintenance of demanding building technology systems. The focus is on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems as well as their maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation. You will independently carry out service assignments, accompany commissioning and acceptance procedures, and support the technical further development of existing systems. The role combines modern building technology with high personal responsibility in technical service and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the reliable operation of refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pump, and building technology systems
Independent execution of maintenance, inspection, and repair work
Systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on refrigeration and electrical components
Carrying out repairs and system optimisations to improve operational safety and energy efficiency
Checking refrigeration circuits, compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, as well as control and regulation components
Analysing operational data and identifying technical weaknesses and optimisation potentials
Accompanying commissioning, functional checks, and technical acceptance
Performing electrical work within the scope of existing qualifications and NIV authorisation
Technical advice to customers on repairs, system operation, and optimisation measures
Preparing technical quotation bases for repairs, replacement measures, and system adjustments
Documenting service assignments using work reports, test protocols, and system documentation
Participation in the on-call service to ensure system availability outside regular operating hours
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as refrigeration system mechanic EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, or comparable technical training
Several years of experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, building, or facility technology
Practical experience in maintenance, service, fault diagnosis, and repair of building technology systems
Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and heat pump systems as well as their control and regulation technology
NIV connection authorisation Art. 15 is an advantage
Willingness to participate in the on-call service
Category B driving licence required
