Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this role, you will take on the independent management of the accounting for several Swiss companies including subsidiary ledgers and support various tasks in the finance department.

• Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash and fixed asset accounting

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Preparation of service invoices

• Monitoring of intercompany billing

• Preparation of reports, analyses and VAT returns

• Participation in financial projects

• Support in the optimisation of processes and systems

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) and the federal specialist certificate as a finance and accounting professional. In addition, you bring approximately 5 years of professional experience with responsibility for closing, ideally in an international environment.

• Good Excel skills as well as very good MS Office user knowledge

• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
