Raw Material Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Raw Material Compliance Specialist for a pharmaceutical laboratory based in the Visp region.

RAW MATERIAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST - Temporary position

Role :

The raw material support specialist provides essential site support as part of the QA supplier management team. In this role, you will support the management of Supplier Change Notifications (VCN), ensuring that any changes made by suppliers are thoroughly evaluated, documented and implemented in a controlled and compliant manner. The specialist will work on several systems including SAP, TrackWise and the document management system.

Missions :

* Review, evaluate and coordinate the evaluation of PNTs from suppliers.
* Ensure that appropriate impact assessments are conducted with the departments concerned.
* Track and document PNTs according to internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
* Ensure timely implementation of required actions and documentation updates.

Profile :
* Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field.
* Ideally, you already have 5 years of experience in a similar position and have very good skills with Trackwise.
* Good understanding of GMP regulations and change control processes.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with supply chains, raw materials, equipment, facilities, and logistics is an asset.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills (oral and written), with the ability to work independently and in a team. * Fluent in English, German is a plus
