Our interdisciplinary Centre for Intensive Care Medicine (ZIM) with an integrated IMC unit continues to grow! After the successful first expansion phase from 12 to 14 beds, the next major development step is now imminent: the increase to 17 beds.
For this, we are looking for three committed qualified nurses HF/FH – with or without NDK monitoring care – who want to enrich our team with passion and interest in intensive care medicine. Whether immediately or by arrangement – we look forward to motivated professionals who want to shape the future of intensive care medicine with us!
Working on our intensive care unit requires not only sound expertise but also a high degree of social competence. Here you encounter complex situations daily and accompany people in their most challenging moments. Bring in your know-how and grow with us.
Who we are
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the direct intensive care and support of critically ill patients
- You adhere to the highest nursing standards and are responsible for ensuring and adapting current nursing methods
- In acute emergency situations, you act quickly and competently
- Interdisciplinary collaboration is very important to you, as is coordination and communication with doctors, therapists and other professionals
- Informing, advising and supporting patients and their relatives are also part of your duties
- You support patients in ethical questions and decision-making
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with at least one year of current professional experience in a somatic acute hospital
- High social competence and pronounced professional competence make you an ideal specialist
- You appreciate the importance of teamwork and actively and positively contribute to the team environment
- Personal and professional development are as important to you as the quality of your work
