IT Supporter 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Receipt, analysis and handling of IT incidents as well as technical support for customers in daily business
Ensuring reliable IT infrastructure operation and support of clients, servers and peripheral devices
Taking over 1st and 2nd level support via telephone, remote access and on site
Support with application, system and infrastructure issues as well as error analysis and troubleshooting
Participation in IT projects, rollouts and technical improvements of the supported customer environments
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Initial experience in IT support and good knowledge of Windows client and server environments
Basic understanding of IT infrastructures, hardware, networks and common business applications
Strong service and customer orientation, quick comprehension as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
Very good German skills and good English skills as well as enthusiasm for a dynamic IT environment
