You will support the tax team with:
- Preparing and maintaining client tax files
- Collecting documentation for Swiss tax returns
- Supporting tax return preparation
- Monitoring deadlines and file compliance
- Preparing tax forms and supporting documents
- Liaising with clients and Swiss tax authorities
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, organising and maintaining client tax files

Collecting, reviewing and filing documentation required for Swiss individual tax returns

Supporting the preparation of tax returns and related administrative documentation

Monitoring deadlines and ensuring client files are complete and compliant

Preparing tax forms, certificates and supporting documentation
-
Liaising with clients and Swiss tax authorities
-
Maintaining accurate client records and document management systems

Providing day-to-day administrative and compliance support to tax specialists

Ensuring the confidentiality and quality of all information handled
Your profile:
-
3-8 years of relevant experience within a tax firm, fiduciary, law firm or similar professional environment

Hands-on experience with Swiss individual tax returns / tax declarations

Good understanding of Swiss tax procedures and documentation requirements

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Fluent French and English, both written and spoken

Good command of Microsoft Office

Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information
This is not an accounting role or a senior tax advisory position. We are looking for someone with practical experience supporting tax return preparation, documentation and compliance processes.
