Become part of our 12-member team in Wil, in Poland or mostly remote Marketing Manager - Demand Generation 100% Versatile, responsible Many opportunities for that and independent work Great team events every quarter Short decision-making paths Shaping growth Flexible division between Young, motivated team, pulling together, flat hierarchy Modern work equipment and tools Presentations, conferences Job profile We expect * Increase of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through effective inbound marketing campaigns for our agency. * Completed studies in marketing, business or a similar field. * At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the B2B marketing or demand generation sector. * Planning, implementation and optimisation of inbound campaigns such as content marketing, SEO and performance marketing. * Support of the sales team in outbound campaigns and targeted lead acquisition measures. * Creativity and strategic thinking combined with a "hands-on" mentality. * Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). * Use and further development of our marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to ensure efficiency and scalability. * Analysis and reporting Your contact Noah Menzi Managing Director hiring@webwirkung.ch 071 552 06 10
