Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the execution and detailed planning of demanding building projects. You will work on diverse projects in the areas of residential construction, commercial properties and specialised buildings and accompany these with a focus on the technical-constructive implementation. In doing so, you create and coordinate execution-ready planning documents and work closely with project management, specialist planners and executing companies. The position offers a long-term perspective in a modern planning and construction environment with varied projects.

Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of the execution planning of demanding new, conversion and extension buildings

• Creation and further development of execution, working and detailed plans

• Constructive elaboration of component connections, building envelope, interior fittings and technical details

• Implementation of project specifications into precise and execution-ready CAD planning documents

• Coordination and integration of the planning of specialist planners and specialists

• Conducting technical clarifications with project management, contractors and suppliers

• Checking contractor and workshop plans for compliance with the architecture and execution planning

• Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, building regulations and quality standards

• Supporting project management in planning coordination, scheduling and technical decision-making processes

• Maintenance and structured management of plan and project documentation

• Accompanying the execution with technical queries and supporting the resolution of interfaces and execution details

Qualifications:

• Training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, technician HF building planning architecture or architect FH/ETH

• At least 3 years of professional experience in building construction and execution planning

• Sound knowledge in the execution and detailed planning of building projects

• Confident handling of common CAD software and digital planning tools

• Good knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA standards and building regulations

• Experience in specialist planner coordination and constructive detail development is an advantage

• Very good German language skills spoken and written
