Technical support for customers and partners in the implementation, configuration and commissioning of sophisticated ECM solutions
Administration and further development of modern cloud and IT infrastructures as well as building stable operating environments
Planning, provision and maintenance of development, test and sales environments
Installation, configuration and operation of application platforms in on-premise and cloud environments
Analysis and resolution of technical faults in the areas of servers, databases, networks, virtualisation and container technologies
Qualifications:
IT training (EFZ) or higher education in IT (HF/FH/Uni) with several years of professional experience
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, network, proxy and DMZ
Practical experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Docker and Kubernetes as well as modern cloud platforms
Strong technical understanding, especially in analysing and comprehending code and application logic
Very good German and good English skills as well as an independent, structured, customer-oriented and solution-focused working style
