SharePoint & Power Automate Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
As a SharePoint & Power Automate Specialist, you combine stable application operation with the possibilities of modern AI Agents. Here, you are not only allowed to observe new technologies but also to try them out directly and translate them into concrete processes. Departments bring their requirements, and you turn them into viable technical solutions. You move daily between Microsoft SharePoint, automation, and generative artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities:
You keep the central core applications running, plan updates, and develop them step by step.
You are responsible for projects involving the integration of AI Agents into ongoing business processes.
Configuration and implementation of solutions with Power Automate are also part of your daily routine.
Furthermore, you translate technical requirements into clear specifications and coordinate with external partners.
In addition, you identify automation potentials and demonstrate where artificial intelligence brings real benefits.
You also keep data protection, security, and compliance in view, especially when using LLM APIs.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in application management, technical product management, or a related field.
You have managed IT projects and know how to ensure smooth implementations.
You follow current developments around large language models (LLM) and agent frameworks with genuine interest.
With AI-supported development tools, you quickly build prototypes; deep developer expertise is not a prerequisite.
Additionally, you have solid knowledge in SharePoint administration, and experience with common ERP systems rounds off your profile.
You also speak and write German at a high level; additional languages such as English, French, or Italian open doors.
