Mission:

Join the Le Rosey Institute and share your passion for teaching within our Benjamins school, dedicated to children aged 4 to 7 years (Years 1P to 4P). You will have the opportunity to teach pupils from all over the world, offering a unique multicultural environment, with French proficiency levels ranging from intermediate to excellent.

Your mission: to awaken their curiosity, stimulate their learning and support them in their academic and personal development, while valuing diversity and cultivating excellence.

Profile sought:

• Master’s degree in Educational Sciences (or recognised equivalent)
• Diploma in pedagogy (or recognised equivalent)
• Fluent command of the French language, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in early years teaching

Required qualities:

• Passion for education and love of children
• Strong and practiced academic knowledge
• Solid and proven pedagogy
• Enthusiasm and dynamism
• Linguistic versatility (French mandatory - English an asset)
• Extra-pedagogical skills (sports, especially skiing, or artistic skills an asset)
• Adaptability and community spirit
• Driving licence
