- Configuring, installing, implementing, maintaining all workstation and server systems
- Participation in various infrastructure projects
- Monitoring, ensuring and further developing all IT services (LAN/WAN, servers, backup systems)
- 2nd and 1st level support for the whole of Switzerland
- Analysis and data evaluation of heavy-duty industrial scanners, video surveillance and industrial scales
- Good expertise in network administration and system administration
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- Friendly, professional, customer- and service-oriented manner
- Willingness to travel
- Very good French skills mandatory, good German and English skills
Tasks
- Advising, processing and resolving software and hardware issues- Configuring, installing, implementing, maintaining all workstation and server systems
- Participation in various infrastructure projects
- Monitoring, ensuring and further developing all IT services (LAN/WAN, servers, backup systems)

Profile
- Solid IT training (computer science, media technology) or commercial basic training with further IT education- Good expertise in network administration and system administration
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- Friendly, professional, customer- and service-oriented manner
- Willingness to travel
- Very good French skills mandatory, good German and English skills
