Role:
In this role, you will delve deeply into versatile financial accounting and gain comprehensive insights into the administrative work of a modern organisation. You are responsible for the precise handling of financial processes and thus contribute to smooth background operations. You can expect a contemporary working environment where efficient structures and up-to-date tools support the daily work. Responsibilities:
- You independently and punctually manage accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- In this role, you carefully and transparently post bank and cash vouchers
- You assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- As a finance accounting employee, you take on dunning and debt collection tasks
- You conduct professional telephone and email correspondence with internal and external contacts
- In this role, you efficiently and systematically perform general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education and practical experience in accounting.
- You are interested in accounting topics and want to deepen your knowledge in this area.
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC is an advantage.
- You are characterised by a structured, independent and very precise way of working.
- You are flexible, enjoy taking on different tasks and convince as a team-oriented, service-minded personality.
