About the job
Conference & Event Coordinator 100%- Taking reservations for meeting rooms, conferences, townhalls, innovation spaces, etc. via telephone, email and in person on site
- Creating reservation confirmations as well as coordinating and planning events in the internal reservation tool
- Clarifying and accurately documenting customer needs and requirements
- Conducting professional detailed arrangements
- Providing individual customer support during events and ensuring a smooth process
- Close collaboration with involved departments such as catering, facility management and technical services as well as other external service providers
- Completed training in hospitality or commercial training in a service-oriented environment
- Several years of professional experience in 5-star hospitality or upscale gastronomy in the areas of reservations, event coordination or banqueting
- Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and ideally good user knowledge of a reservation tool desired
- Strong organisational talent and very good communication skills
- High service mentality and great willingness to go the extra mile
