Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of residents in the spirit of our care model and care process
• Taking on tasks as a reference person for care
• Responsibility and control of the care process for assigned residents, including classification of care needs RAI/BESA/PLAISIR
• Collaboration with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist...)
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Participation in care reports and transmission of important observations
• Support for personal care, movement and other daily activities Organisation and proposal of daily activities for our residents with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (possible on the move with the CareCoach smartphone)
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Management of case discussions and nursing care reports
• Taking on tasks as a theme leader in a specialised theme and thus participating in the quality care network at group level

Your profile

• Completed HES qualified nurse training or equivalent training recognised by the CRS / Completed assistant in care and community health CFAC training
• Several years of professional experience in care is an advantage
• RAI/BESA/PLAISIR knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)

• Organised, calm, thorough, committed and motivated
• A warm and humourful attitude
• Enjoyment in taking on varied challenges
• Native French speaker or fluent in French
