OSAR manages, in collaboration with a development company, a case management system used by the legal representation of our partner organisations in the asylum procedure. To strengthen our database management, we are looking for a
Case Management System Manager 60%-80% (f/m/x)
Job description
- You take overall responsibility for the operation, support and development of the case management system and coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
- You provide effective second-level support, triage requests and coordinate collaboration with the external service provider.
- You analyse requests from partner organisations and translate them into feasible, budgeted and prioritised development projects.
- You coordinate the implementation of new features as well as their testing, validation and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations. You also configure the system independently.
- You are responsible for reporting, data analysis and development of analyses (e.g. Python, Power BI) as well as licence management and usage.
- You continuously optimise processes and ensure the delivery of agreed contractual services, including monitoring service levels and contract management.
Our requirements
- You demonstrate initiative, an analytical mind and coordination skills.
- You quickly learn and master new tools (e.g. Python, Power BI, M365).
- You have experience in IT coordination, software project management or second-level support.
- You possess basic knowledge of data management, databases, web applications and data protection regulations (DPA).
- You work carefully, in a structured and pragmatic manner in a multicultural environment.
- You are proficient in German and have a very good command of English. Knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
