Parmaco Metal Injection Moulding AG in Fischingen (TG) is a Swiss specialist in Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) and develops and produces sophisticated, highly precise metal components for various industrial applications. Where high demands on quality, complex geometries and tight tolerances come together, Parmaco applies its technological expertise.

On behalf of the company, we are looking for a personality who will consistently further develop this expertise in production, sustainably improve processes and successfully drive the industrialisation of new products as a Specialist in CIP & Industrialisation 80-100% (m).

Tasks In this versatile key position, you will actively shape the further development of production processes. As a connecting element of various departments, you ensure that improvements are implemented in a practical and sustainable manner.

• Initiate and implement CIP projects to increase process stability, quality and productivity
• Support the industrialisation of new products until stable and economical series production
• Analyse process and quality deviations and sustainably implement suitable improvement measures during series production
• Identify and promote automation potentials as well as professionally lead interdisciplinary projects

Requirements You bring solid experience from a manufacturing industrial environment and combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, creative and solution-oriented working style. You keep the big picture in mind even with differing interests.

• Technical training or degree with several years of experience in CIP, industrialisation, production engineering or process development
• Good understanding of industrial manufacturing processes as well as knowledge in quality assurance and quality methods
• Experience in professional leadership of cross-departmental projects and knowledge from the metal processing industry
• Clear, authentic personality with commercial thinking, common sense and the ability to win people over to change
