Taxi & Limousine Driver – Gstaad (M/F)

We are looking for a professional driver to strengthen our team in Gstaad, mainly for the upcoming winter season. Our activity combines Taxi and Limousine / Chauffeur Service, with a demanding local and international clientele. We carry out taxi rides, express deliveries for luxury stores, private and airport transfers as well as chauffeur services in the Gstaad region and throughout Switzerland.

Profile sought

We are looking for a person who is:

• professional, reliable and punctual
• with an excellent appearance and a very good sense of customer service
• comfortable with an international and high-end clientele
• having a good ability to manage periods of stress and high activity
• demonstrating great flexibility and availability, essential in our activity
• available to work according to service needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• comfortable driving in mountainous and winter conditions
• able to work independently while integrating into a small team
• discreet and respectful of our clients' confidentiality.

Licences and qualifications – mandatory

• Category B driving licence with professional authorisation B121
• Authorisation to work in Switzerland.

We wish to primarily target candidates already active in Switzerland and possessing the necessary qualifications to start quickly.

Languages

Given our international clientele:

• English: mandatory
• French and/or German: required
• Any additional language is a real advantage. We particularly appreciate candidates who also speak Arabic, Russian, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.

The ability to communicate naturally and professionally with an international clientele is essential.

Experience

Experience as a taxi driver, limousine driver, private driver, hotel driver or in professional passenger transport is a significant advantage.

Beyond experience, we place great importance on service quality, presentation, driving, punctuality and attitude towards the client.

Vehicles

The driver will mainly be required to drive premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles, notably E-Class, V-Class and S-Class.

Smooth, cautious driving adapted to limousine service standards is essential.

Working conditions

• Working hours: 51 hours per week
• Variable hours depending on activity and bookings
• Possible work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Flexibility and availability required, especially during peak season periods.
• Category B driving licence with professional authorisation B121; (also valid D, D1)
• Recent criminal record extract without entries incompatible with the role
• Recent ADMAS register extract without entries incompatible with professional driver activity
• Authorisation to work in Switzerland. or easy to obtain. Short-term authorisation (90 days) or L permit

We offer

• Gross annual salary of CHF 45,000.– to CHF 55,000.– at 100%, depending on experience and qualifications; (13th month salary included). + holidays

Accommodation

We prioritise collaborators already living in Gstaad or the region, notably for availability and organisation reasons during the high season.

However, we do not want to miss out on an excellent candidate solely due to accommodation issues.

For a profile that particularly interests us and who does not yet live in the region, we can arrange the rental of a room or a studio in Gstaad or nearby for the duration of the season.

The terms will be discussed with the candidate.
