As an ICT specialist in IT support, you take on a broad, practical role in central services. In this function, you connect ERP applications, workplace IT, device management and fleet management into a smooth whole. You reliably manage various technical topics and ensure that systems and devices are used optimally. You act as a tech-savvy contact person who thinks beyond the immediate and understands connections. With your generalist profile, you take responsibility for stable and efficient IT operations.
Responsibilities:
You manage workplaces, end devices, printers and user access and support employees in 1st level support
You take responsibility for Abacus with a focus on construction and develop further in other modules such as HR and finance if suitable
Together with external IT service providers, you contribute to IT infrastructure and digitalisation
Additionally, you manage telephony and mobile phones, coordinate vehicle services and support central services
Qualifications:
You have training as an ICT specialist, computer scientist or equivalent, as well as experience in IT support and workplace environment
Knowledge of Abacus or ERP systems is an advantage
You are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable way of working
You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
