Role:
Our client is a growing Swiss technology company in precision manufacturing. You are responsible for demanding measurement and testing processes, develop efficient measurement strategies, and support production in ensuring the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Create and optimise complex 3D measurement programmes
Test precision components from prototype to series production
Develop measurement strategies and suitable clamping concepts
Improve performance and availability of measurement systems
Analyse measurement deviations and rectify causes of errors
Provide technical support to employees in metrology
Qualifications:
Technical training, ideally Polymechanic EFZ
Several years of experience in 3D coordinate metrology
Experience in programming measuring machines
Good understanding of machining manufacturing processes
Metrological further training such as AUKOM is an advantage
Precise, structured and quality-oriented working style
