Property Manager with Professional Certificate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- Management of properties
- Communication between owners/tenants/craftsmen/authorities etc.
- Property inspections including defect recording
- Obtaining quotes
- Preparation of service charge statements
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training in the real estate sector or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in the real estate field
- Confident knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness
- Driving licence B
