Team Leader: Ultra-Fresh Department
Tasks
- Assisting with order picking using data radio terminal Pick by Voice or radio-controlled handheld scanner
- Leading and promoting a team of approximately 8-10 employees
- Deputising for the group leader in their absence
- Ensuring compliance with Coop guidelines and cleanliness
- Willingness to support other departments
Requirements
- Willingness to work night shifts (week start from 5:00 pm on Sunday)
- Initial leadership experience advantageous
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Professional experience in logistics
- Very good physical condition and willingness to work in a cool environment (4 degrees)
- Reliable, committed, flexible, and responsible personality
