- You skilfully juggle between service providers and insured persons, clarify open questions, and are available for written or oral enquiries.
- Cost approvals are your responsibility: you clarify, grant, or reject them.
- Here you shine with your medical knowledge: you exchange professional information with your colleagues to handle your complex cases in the best possible way.
What you bring with you
- There are various basic qualifications suitable for this position: medical practice assistant, health specialist, druggist, pharmaceutical assistant – or a commercial basic education with appropriate further training.
- You are familiar with and proficient in using a notebook.
- You find it easy to work precisely and independently.
- You go the extra mile and keep a cool head in hectic times.
