CyberSecurity Director
YOUR MISSION
As Cybersecurity Director, you will lead a global delivery team and guide clients through the full lifecycle of cybersecurity strategy and transformation"”from concept to execution. You will play a key role in expanding the firm's cybersecurity practice by identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving large-scale security transformation programs.
- Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity transformation projects across OT, IT, and supply chain domains.
- Define and implement target operating models that bridge IT and OT environments.
- Develop scalable, strategic client relationships and drive long-term growth.
- Build and grow a high-performing, multicultural cybersecurity delivery team.
- Identify emerging market trends and create innovative service offerings to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure integrated program delivery.
- Promote a culture of innovation and foster collaboration between people and technology.
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial product environments.
- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling global cybersecurity teams.
- Strong background in one or more of the following domains: OT security, supply chain security, IAM, managed services, cyber strategy, vulnerability management, incident response, or regulatory compliance (e.g. NIS2, EU CRA).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development or strategic account management.
- Up-to-date understanding of technology and security trends in OT and industrial systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP) are an asset.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Fluent English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
