Technical Documentation Staff 50-100% (m/f/d)

What can you achieve?

• You ensure that technical documents are where they are needed – complete, comprehensible, and well-structured.
• You create and revise technical documentation for ongoing projects.
• You review documents from commissioning and bring missing or inconsistent content into a clear form.
• You upload documents to customer portals while keeping track of completeness and currency.
• You prepare project-specific templates, thus creating a reliable foundation for the project team.
• You independently identify where something is missing or needs reworking and take initiative.

To succeed in this, your profile is:

• You enjoy working independently and do not need instructions for every next step.
• You are communicative and coordinate pragmatically with colleagues.
• You bring structure to documents, filing systems, and open issues.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office.
• You work carefully and enjoy preparing technical information in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• You can start at short notice and are available for at least six months with a workload of 50–100%.
