In this leadership role, you take responsibility for our team and the implementation of diverse cable construction projects in the Leimental region. Together, we build the power grid of the future and create the foundation for a successful energy transition. Lead, shape – and advance the energy future!
What tasks await you?
- Leading and managing the cable construction team in Therwil
- Planning and executing network construction projects, MV/LV and public lighting, as well as fault repairs and resource planning for external companies and Primeo Energie employees
- Ensuring occupational safety to prevent personal and property damage
- Coordinating and maintaining relationships with customers and authorities
- Preparing and checking measurement and time reports as well as weekly reports from employees
- Planning and carrying out maintenance of systems and cables
- Supporting project management with specialist questions
- Facility manager (AnV) (ESTI No. 100)
- On-call duty
What do we expect from you?
- Completed training as a certified master network electrician or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the energy sector
- Leadership experience as well as enjoyment of teamwork and independent work
- Experience in cable construction, especially in the network levels MV and LV as well as public lighting
- Knowledge of SAP-EAM or similar maintenance software is an advantage
- Experience in maintenance, inspection and repair
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving approaches
- Confident handling of the Office suite
