Your Responsibilities

• Prepare seafood orders with precision and care. (Filleting, deboning, skinning and portioning)
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Check the quality and freshness of products before shipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient workflow during night hours.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the preparation area.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in handling and preparing seafood products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet tight deadlines.
• Team spirit, thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition to handle loads and work in a cool environment.
