Around 700 employees from engineering, product management, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and services work closely together here: engineers continuously develop new solutions, while the production and logistics teams ensure that the sensors arrive at customers on time and in Baumer quality.

What I drive

• You take on coordination and lead in escalated quality incidents and ensure that risks are sustainably eliminated.
• You actively support departments in the continuous improvement of product, process, and system quality and contribute best practices.
• You maintain close contact with international key customers and suppliers and convincingly represent our quality standards externally.
• You lead customer and certification audits, act as an auditor, and ensure the feedback of lessons learned into the organisation.

What it takes

• You have a technical degree or comparable training and bring solid experience in an industrial quality environment.
• You confidently apply common quality methods such as 8D, audit, error management, or change processes and think in structured solutions.
• You approach challenges analytically, pragmatically, and with methodological competence (e.g. Six Sigma) and bring topics to a sustainable conclusion.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to support our key customers and suppliers.
