Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d)

You manage contract administration and invoicing in the service business
You prepare invoices, credit notes, and refunds
You process incoming payments and manage outstanding receivables
You support dunning procedures in collaboration with sales
You provide documents for tenders
You contribute to analyses and reporting
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Professional experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable management, and payment transactions
Experience with SAP and confident use of MS Office
Independent, precise, and service-oriented working style
Fluent German skills; French or Italian are an advantage
