Our client is an established senior centre in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, offering its residents a respectful home with diverse living arrangements. The institution is characterised by a comprehensive therapy and cultural programme as well as high-quality care and a multiprofessional team. To strengthen the care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed person as a care assistant (SRK) or health and social assistant (AGS) with a workload of 20 - 80%.

AGS or PH SRK

- Participation in the implementation of nursing procedures
- Observance and application of all hygiene regulations
- Accompaniment and care according to personal requirements
- Execution of all basic care measures in the daily routine
- Support of qualified staff in therapeutic measures

- Good German language skills, spoken and written, required
- Completed training as a care assistant or health assistant mandatory
- Practical experience in long-term care is desirable
- Team-oriented and collegial personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong service awareness towards different groups of people
- Empathy and enthusiasm for people in need of care
- Openness and respect towards different cultural backgrounds
- Motivation for continuous professional development
- Resilience and composure even in demanding situations
