Our client from the Bern area is seeking a skilled professional for the maintenance and optimisation of machines and systems. In this role, the person sought analyses malfunctions, initiates repairs, and oversees electrical modifications as well as new installations in the production operation.
- Supporting installations and modifications of machines
- Collaborating on electrical projects and their implementation
- Further development and maintenance of PLC control systems
- Maintaining technical documentation and spare parts management
- Experience in maintenance and servicing of production systems is a great advantage or interest in specialising in these fields
- Independent and structured working style with high resilience
- Willingness to participate in periodic on-call duties is expected
- Knowledge of PLC controls and interest in further development desired
- Varied tasks in fault analysis and system optimisation

Profile
- Completed training in automation technology or electrical engineering required, automation technician, electronics technician, or a technical basic education with experience in industrial electrical engineering- Experience in maintenance and servicing of production systems is a great advantage or interest in specialising in these fields

- Willingness to participate in periodic on-call duties is expected
- Knowledge of PLC controls and interest in further development desired
