Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene and comfort care to patients at home.
• Carry out quality handovers.
• Provide moral and social support to patients.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Home Care Assistant diploma recognised in Switzerland or equivalent.
• Experience in home care is an advantage.
• Possession of a driving licence and own transport.
• Demonstrate reliability and responsibility.
• Knowledge of Medlink software is an advantage.
• Split shift hours only
