Job Description
Profile sought:
Professional, rigorous and dynamic, you effectively contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
You will participate in the setup, preparation and dispatch of dishes, both at the hot and cold stations. You must be able to integrate quickly within a brigade, respect technical sheets as well as current hygiene and food safety standards.
You have at least three years of professional experience in cooking. A diploma or training in the field is a real asset. You have a perfect command of the French language and stand out for your punctuality, autonomy, responsiveness and adaptability.
Good availability is essential to meet the needs of our client.
