Responsibilities:
Comparison of supplier offers and preparation of decision-making bases
Procurement of technical items including deadline monitoring
Maintenance of item master data and bills of materials in the ERP system
Management of a defined product range and control of stock quantities
Handling of delivery deviations and coordination of corresponding corrections
Checking order confirmations and tracking open orders
Further development of assigned product groups in operational and strategic purchasing
Coordination with production, sales and logistics on procurement issues
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with technical understanding
Several years of experience in technical purchasing or a comparable procurement function
Further training in purchasing, supply chain or as a technical buyer is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems and digital procurement processes
Good understanding of technical products and their interrelationships
Negotiation-secure and structured communication with suppliers
Independent working style and willingness to take on additional responsibility
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
