• Responsible management of complex construction projects across all project phases - from initial planning to final handover

• Leadership of site teams and coordination of all involved partner companies directly on site

• Ensuring a top-quality and cost-efficient project realisation

• Continuous monitoring and control of schedules, budgets, and quality standards

• Competent coordination with clients, authorities, and all other project partners

• Responsibility for compliance with official regulations and their professional implementation

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a successful qualification as a federally certified construction manager, architect, or an equivalent qualification

• Ideally, you bring several years of practical experience in a comparable role

• Solid knowledge in project management as well as confident handling of relevant project management software are part of your profile

• You convince as a responsible personality with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
