Clinical Manager

Your mission:
Reporting to the Service Delivery Management, you lead and develop the clinical strategy of the institution with the aim of ensuring home care services that meet quality and safety standards and are adapted to clients’ needs.
Your main responsibilities :
- Develop the clinical strategy and oversee its implementation, ensuring the quality and safety of services
- Contribute to achieving the objectives of the service delivery management (budget, specific goals, key indicators, improvements and change management)
- Manage and develop specialised services
- Develop and disseminate clinical reasoning among all collaborators
- Ensure the management of specialised staff
- Manage mandates and projects related to the role
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in nursing sciences
- 2 years’ experience in home care and team management
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
- Ability to solve complex problems with rigour and method
- Interpersonal ease, recognised talent in communication and negotiation
- Agile mindset and oriented towards continuous improvement
- Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to cope with demanding environments
Workplace:
La Chaux-de-Fonds, with travel to our various sites in the canton
Start date: immediate or to be agreed
Contract type: permanent contract
