Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a Payroll Specialist with senior experience. In this role, you take responsibility for the administration and payroll process. You are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other administrative tasks. You apply your skills and experience to optimise and improve processes. You are an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that all administrative tasks run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for salary management, including payroll accounting and time tracking
- In this role as Payroll Specialist, you further develop the HR system Abacus to ensure efficient digital processes
- You carry out personnel administration, including entries, exits, and changes
- As Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for annual personnel planning and budget preparation
- You lead the annual salary review and monitor its implementation
- In this role, you support personnel marketing and care tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or business administration basic education
- You have additional training in HR/payroll, such as a federal certificate, diploma, CAS, DAS, or MAS
- You bring several years of experience in salary management, including payroll accounting, social insurance, and time tracking
- You have a strong affinity for systems and knowledge of HR tools, with Abacus knowledge being an advantage
- You work in a structured and well-organised manner, enjoying clear processes and high data quality
- You are independent, committed, and proactive
