What is my role?

In this versatile and responsible role, your love for contact and interaction with people is required. As a nursing specialist, you take on the professional and personnel leadership and understand how to support, promote and motivate the team in order to create an ideal living environment for the residents.

What do I need to be successful?

In addition to your nursing diploma (DNII, HF or equivalent), you bring experience in a leading position in nursing. Independent and responsible work is just as important to you as teamwork and flexibility.
