Health Manager (all)
Here is how you contribute to health
- Control, entry, recording and payment of outpatient care invoices within the framework of LAMal and LCA
- Issuance of cost coverage guarantees within the framework of LAMal and LCA
- Requesting medical information from various healthcare providers
- Telephone contacts and correspondence with insured persons, healthcare providers and other insurers in French and English
- Processing accident reports, analysis, determination of coverage and administrative follow-up
What sets you apart from others
- Comprehensive training in the medical, paramedical or pharmaceutical field; a certificate in health/social insurance is an advantage.
- Professional experience within a health insurance company is considered an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- High degree of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication
