For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Regensdorf ZH area, we are looking for an independent, technically skilled and solution-oriented individual as an Industrial Electrician / Automation Technician 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you are jointly responsible for the electrical availability of production and operational systems. You take care of maintenance, fault rectification and technical optimisations, ensuring that machines and electrical installations can be operated safely and reliably.
- Systematic analysis and rectification of electrical and control technology faults
- Inspection and supervision of control cabinets, drives, sensors, motors and electrical components
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work to ensure high system availability
- Fault finding using electrical schematics as well as checking and adjusting technical documentation
- Participation in conversions, expansions and new installations of electrical systems and equipment
- Support during commissioning, functional tests and technical optimisations
- Collaboration with production, mechanical maintenance, engineering and external service partners
- Documentation of completed work, faults and technical measures
- Compliance with applicable safety, quality and operational regulations
- Professional experience in industrial electrics, industrial electrical engineering or electrical maintenance is an advantage
- Good understanding of electrical systems, control cabinets, motors, sensors and drive technology
- Confident reading of electrical schematics and experience in systematic fault finding
- Knowledge of industrial controls and PLCs, for example Siemens S7 or TIA Portal, is an advantage
- Experience with maintenance, repair and technical servicing of production systems is an advantage
- Basic mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic knowledge is an additional plus
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Strong safety and quality awareness
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness for day shifts, on-call or shift work depending on the area of deployment

Profile
