Industrial IT Technician / Automation

As part of interventions on industrial equipment, our client is looking for two technicians specialised in industrial IT / automation, capable of working on site and carrying out interventions requiring the opening of electrical cabinets (certification/authorisation required).

Mission

Ensure the installation, configuration, setup and support of IT components integrated into production equipment, in coordination with maintenance and suppliers, following site procedures.

Main activities

• Installation / configuration / setup of industrial IT components (industrial PCs, network, peripherals).

• Industrial IT support (diagnosis, corrective actions, recommissioning).

• Coordination with maintenance and suppliers during interventions.

• Backups, updates, associated maintenance within the scope.

• Technical documentation and updating of "as-built" technical files.

Key requirement - Electrical cabinet certification / authorisation

• Mandatory: to hold at least one certification / authorisation allowing opening and working on electrical cabinets (according to the client/site reference framework).

Profile sought

• Training: Federal VET Diploma (or equivalent) in IT or automation.

• Experience in an industrial / production environment: appreciated.

Technical skills

• Knowledge: network, hardware, software, security, PLCs.

• Windows 10/11.

Soft skills

Organisation, autonomy, rigour, analytical skills, field communication, team spirit.

Languages

Fluent French. Technical English: a plus.
