Your role
At the heart of our production tool, you ensure the preparation, assembly and restoration of our CNC machining stations and directly contribute to the quality, pace and performance of our productions.
Your responsibilities
Prepare, assemble and restore machining stations on our various CNC equipment (3-axis palletised milling machine, 4-axis machining centre and 3-axis lathe)
Carry out the production of high value-added parts, from loading to completion, ensuring the necessary quality checks
Ensure the organisation, order and proper functioning of the production station
Master and apply the machining conditions of non-ferrous materials
Read and understand ISO CNC language, and make the necessary tool corrections
Manage tool wear and replacement according to production needs
Check the quality of machined parts, identify dimensional, geometric or aesthetic non-conformities, and adjust process parameters accordingly
Optimise campaign changes by applying SMED principles
Diagnose quality drift issues, adapt process conditions and parameters
Ensure the restoration of the production station at the end of the series
Manage consumables necessary for production autonomously, including machining emulsions, lubricants and packaging
Ensure self-inspection, apply MSP principles, carry out production and quality monitoring records,
Perform first-level maintenance of equipment
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smoothness and performance of operations
Your profile
Training in production mechanics
Proven experience in CNC production and machining
Good understanding of machining processes, ideally on non-ferrous materials
Good knowledge of various CNC machining equipment (milling and turning)
Ability to read and understand ISO CNC language
Ability to analyse a machined part, identify non-conformities and make necessary corrections
Good knowledge of control methods and ability to perform self-inspection and MSP
Comfortable with common computer tools, including Excel and Word
Autonomous, rigorous and performance-oriented
