For our client, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility and enjoys supporting people as much as teams. You assist the residential care manager in daily tasks and represent them during absences. At the same time, you take on the professional care and support of the residents, carry the daily responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of the caring process. You are involved in the key worker system, work with relatives, participate in projects and support the training of apprentices. Together with your team, you ensure professional, appreciative and individual care.
Tasks

You work exclusively in early and late shifts - the nights are covered by a dedicated night team.You receive trust, responsibility and the opportunity to actively contribute your ideas.
