Role:
In this role, you are responsible for conducting static electrical tests and ensuring that motor compressors comply with international standards, internal guidelines and customer-specific requirements. You accompany the manufacturing process from final assembly to quality assurance and ensure that all production steps meet the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- You conduct electrical tests on high-speed electric motors as part of factory acceptance testing (FAT).
- In this role, you independently prepare all relevant measurements and diagnostic procedures.
- You carefully document the test results and ensure the traceability of measurement data.
- As a measurement technician, you work closely with specialists to ensure high-quality tests.
- You confidently handle cross-standard testing tasks, regardless of individual customer specifications.
- In complex cases, you coordinate with the engineering department to ensure accurate results.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in an electrical profession such as automation technician, electrical installer, electronics technician or network electrician
- You have solid knowledge of testing methods, data analysis and relevant equipment in the field of electric motors
- You are experienced in independently conducting electric motor tests and preparing precise test reports
- You know the relevant standards for electric motor testing and apply them confidently in practice
- You consistently implement safety regulations and have a strong understanding of safe working practices
- Very good German skills and a good understanding of English facilitate your handling of international testing technology and documentation
