To strengthen our IT infrastructure and service team, we are immediately seeking an experienced individual as an IT Support Staff Member 100%.
You are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly in everyday IT within a small team. Your main focus is on 1st level support, where you bring your enthusiasm for direct user contact. Occasionally, you also take on tasks in 2nd level support.
The exciting range of tasks:
- Handling faults and requests in 1st level (tickets, remote, on-site)
- Supporting employees with M365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Office applications, and other standard applications
- Processing incidents and service requests for workplace systems, VDI, clients, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
- Close collaboration with 2nd level support in more complex cases
- Occasional participation in projects, e.g. rollouts, M365 optimisations, or minor improvements in the support process
What convinces us:
Education / Experience
- Experience in client engineering and endpoint device management
- Proficient in Microsoft environments; experience with M365 (e.g. Teams, Entra ID) is a strong plus
- Good understanding of support processes (incident and problem management, ticketing, documentation)
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in resolving software and hardware issues
- Careful working style in regulated environments (permissions, changes, security)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is required; English skills are valued as a useful addition

- Willingness to work on-site and to participate in a rotating shift schedule
- High service, team, and quality orientation as well as very good manners
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Precise, structured, and reliable working style
- Discretion and pronounced security awareness when handling confidential data
